I was in this store a few weeks ago and saw some product that could potentially be used as an alternative to composite decking. I spoke to the girl at the front desk and she told me that "a lot" of people have come in to buy this product for their decks. I was apprehensive to buy the product because I was concerned about expansion and contraction issues, but she told me that it won't expand or contract because of the way it is made. Shortly after installation, I noticed small gaps in the product. A few days later, the gaps got larger and the product was also starting to buckle; basically it was expanding and contracting too much. After a couple of weeks, the gaps are now 1/2" wide and there is buckling everywhere. The entire deck surface has to be removed and scrapped.
After writing an email to the managers, they told me that the sales girl said she has never told anyone that this product can be used on a deck. Essentially, she was untruthful to me about this product when she was trying to sell it to me, and now she was being untruthful to management. I asked for a 50% refund due to the fact that she misrepresented the product and I still have not heard back from the managers. I guess their lack of response is their way of accusing me of being untruthful about what the sales girl said to me. I don't know if their sales people are paid commissions, but it would certainly explain why she sold me this product (anything for a sale).
Hopefully a few people will read this review and it will save you the money that I lost due to deceitful salesmanship and management who don't care about their customers.
If I can prevent one person from being taken by poor salesmanship from these people, then it will be well worth the $640.00 they refuse to refund me.

I will NEVER use this company again! I paid for the supply and installation of 21 solid core doors. Alycia (the assistant manager/owners daughter) was super helpful and nice when placing the order. Install day came and no one showed up. After I called to see what was going on, they said their truck had brown down but they would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went, yet no one showed up still. The following morning I called to tell them to come in a couple hours after they were scheduled because another trade needed to be in the house. Alycia then said that they could no longer do our job because they didn't have enough time. Apparently I was causing them too much of an inconvenience because I postponed them by two hours. Ummmmm... What about the entire day they were scheduled to work and didn't show? She said that they wouldn't be able to book again for a month away (which was past my move in date so that obviously wouldn't work) and she said they didn't do a job in pieces after I suggested they come in for the remainder of the days they were scheduled and then fit me in a day here or there when they could, between other jobs. Well, come to find out, half the doors I had ordered weren't even in (I found this out when I said I was going to come pick them up). So my impression is that they didn't have the doors and instead of telling me this, she would rather makes feel like I didn't something wrong and the reason my schedule was being delayed was my fault. She was terrible to deal with. Even went I went in to the store to get my refund for the install, I saw her come out of the break room but proceeded to leave my file with someone else so that she didn't have to talk to me. Worst customer service ever!

Purchased hard wood flooring from this company. The selection was a bit limited but the prices were very good. Maybe "too good to be true." Had the flooring installed by professional installers and they kept running into problems with the pieces/planks. Many were warped, missing grooves, discoloured, etc. I had heard that you can expect to find some pieces that you have to discard, but the installers said that the number of unusable pieces was extreme. We talked to the company and they refused to help and talk with us about it. I was told I had to talk to the owner/manager. I left several messages and stopped by on two occasions and he was always in meetings. It was very unfortunate as they seemed like an affordable alternative and were helpful when we were placing our order. Haven't returned and have no plans to do so.

The Home improvement warehouse has lots of stock for all thier home improvement items. The sales clerk was very knowledgeable and the prices were very fair. I would use them Again!
