Had a really bad experience with this store.
I had a ECOVAC N8 that stopped working in April 2024. I sent it to Superior Vacuums Kengsinton road branch for repair because the google review on this store is 4.7. Initially, they told me it was water damage to PCB board, so some repair job is needed for electronics. I gave them to consent to repair and fix it. The nightmare begins from there.
After a few days, they called me saying it is OK to pick it up so I did. After only one day, the robot stopped working at my home. I was really disappointed and sent it back for reassessment and they said would call me back the next day. After waiting for 3 working days without any further information, I called them back and was told that because we did not send the charging dock they cannot do further work. I was really upset because if they knew the charging dock was missing, why did not they call me back and let me know about that? Instead, I have to wait for several days. Not happy with the slow response but I sent the charging dock to them anyway. After a few days, they told me it is OK now so I picked it up on May 29th. The robot only works at my home for one day, then on May 31th, the robot stopped working again, as can be seen from video. Me and my wife went to the store with the robot explaining what happened and requested a refund because we had enough. The staff refused to do so. In order to find excuse for the failed repair, the staff showed me the repair log on the computer. To my surprise, the log clearly indicated that no PCB repair was performed, only cleaning and tunning was done on my robot. This explained why this intermittent problem still persists because the electronics fault on the PCB board was never done!
For this repair, I went to the store 3 times, my wife went there 2 times. Total waste of time: more than 5 hour man power. Result: the robot only works for 2 days and stopped working 2 times within 30 days.
Eventually the staff was so rude that we were told just to leave the store.

I took my Bissell to Suoerior Vacuum on a Macleod Trail because it was leaking water even after I replaced the tank ( myself). They took it in, although I did not purchase it there and looked into fixing it, the next thing I knew they were calling me to say they had been able to get Bissell to replace it, new in the box!!
I couldnt believe it! What a great customer service team and extremely knowledgeable staff.

I called Bissell and they referred me to Superior Vacuums. They were very helpful and explained the procedure in detail. They were able to get Bissell to replace the power head and I understand they had to be forceful about this. I really appreciate their efforts on my behalf. The vacuum works as it should. Great staff at Superior Vacuums. Thank You.

Went the extra mile to obtain a hard to find part for an older Beam vacuum. Great advice and service.

Very knowledgeable staff, fixed my Dyson vacuum at a very reasonable price. It runs like new again!! I highly recommend Superior Vacuums.

On April 8, 2022. I purchased a Dibea F20 Max Stick Vacuum from Blaine. No mention from the salesman what their return policy is. I attempted to do some research on the internet on this vacuum before I bought it but couldn’t find much. I took it home and began charging the battery and then attempted some more research, found some reviews that stated that this is a budget vacuum and sells for the equivalent of 220.00 CAD in Asia (I paid $630). After that, I felt that I paid way to much for this unit and took it back to the store without using it.
I looked at the receipt and it said that refunds are not accepted if the machine is taken out of the box.
He would not take it back because I told him that I charged the battery (took it out of the box).
He kept bad mouthing Dyson and saying that you can’t believe reviews on the Dibea vacuum.
I took it home and used it, at that point I noticed that it is very cheaply built, has a high pitched whine, and noticed dust marks around the some of the vacuum panels where the filter is. I will use this vacuum in our basement while wearing ear muffs. The day after we went out and bought a Dyson for just a bit more than what we paid for the Dibea. No comparison… the Dyson is far superior to to the Dibea. Buyer beware!

I purchased two Dyson v11 filters online for my two vacuums. They were not OEM (this was expected) however they did not fit properly and I wanted to return them. First I was told that I wasn't putting them on right which is not the case. Then I was told they would not honour their online return policy which states if you are unhappy for any reason they would refund %110 as well as provide return prepaid delivery. They would only refund what I paid and would not pay return delivery because as far as they were concerned they sent the right parts. So now I have defective filters I can't use and I have to pay for the return shipping if I want a refund. Definitely not what they promise on their website.

We purchased the VacuFlow system and other items from Superior Vacuums. They had all the stock items we required. The service was fantastic, the product was the best. My husband spent a month searching for what he needed and Superior Vacuums had the best customer rating, stock, and price. I would recommend Superior Vacuums to anyone looking for a vacuum.

How did Ali sold me a 4,000 CAD product that they don't even have in stock? No one gives solutions, no one follows up, my experience with you is horrible, I want my money back!!!!!
