Goemans Custom Climate Solutions

We recently moved into our newly built house and we used Goemans Custom Climate for HVAC installation, furnace, AC, humidifier, etc. We also purchased the indoor and outdoor fireplaces, and the water heater. The overall experience, from sales, installations, maintenance and service of products was flawless and very positive. We initially came in to look at HVAC systems as recommended by the builder, the sales associates listened to our needs and what is practical for us and recommend a more cost efficient system which was about half the price of the other HVAC systems recommended to us. Now that we are living in our new house, we had some minor mechanical issues, that were addressed immediately and efficiently. We would use Goemans Custom Climate if we ever built again or renovate and we recommend them to anyone looking at purchasing and installing related products.

The hydronic heating system on our ground floor failed late October leaving us scrambling to get it fixed before the real cold weather arrived. We contacted several companies in the GTA and were fortunate enough to connect with Matt Ruggi of Goemans Custom Climate Solutions. Matt is a no nonsense kind of guy and tells it like it is, the news was not good.

We had to replace our aging hot water tank with a combi boiler which involved pretty well ripping everything out (except the under floor tubing) and starting over. We don’t have a basement and the working space was extremely tight, Matt’s team got to work and a few days later we had a new system and a utility room that looks like a work of art. Not only that our house has never been warmer, cold spots that we though were not heated are now lovely and warm.

As with any new system we had a few teething problems but this is where I feel Matt shines, he pulled out all the stops personally stick handling the troubleshooting with minimum fuss to achieve maximum results. Home comfort is important, it has to be done right by people who know their craft, I would have no hesitation in recommending Matt Ruggi and Goemans Custom Climate Solutions.

Excellent customer service. Made visits to the home first to try and repair the old furnace. Prior to coming to the decision of having to replace the unit. Very knowledgeable and helpful technician. I would recommend to friends & family.

I went to Goemans with a problem with my gas fireplace surround. They were extremely customer-oriented and professional. They provided competitive pricing, excellent service and very prompt follow-up. The store also has a very nice selection of fireplaces on display. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for a fireplace or HVAC.
