Alpha Renovation

We hired Caio and his team several years ago to do a complete renovation of the ground floor of our home, which is over 100 years old. The work they did was spectacular and included the installation of in-floor heating and removal of radiators. We were very satisfied.

When the time came to renovate our second floor bathroom, Caio was the first person we called. Their work is impeccable and their attention to detail (which is very important to us) is impressive. But more than that, Caio and Luis are professional, polite and honest people. They listen, respect your home (and keep a very clean work site) and do what they say. We highly recommend this company and will definitely hire them again in the future.

Caio and his team were incredibly professional from beginning to end. It was an unplanned renovation and we were not as organized as we should have been and they were very patient and collaborative with the project. Their attention to detail was also excellent. Lastly, the fact that they cleaned up every day and, once the reno was completed , they vacuumed and mopped the space, was surprising and awesome. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

After months looking for the right contractor, once we met with them, we knew right away Alpha Renovation was the one.
It was a extensive and challenging Reno converting a single family home to a legal triplex. Alpha passed all inspections with the city without any issues. Inspectors complemented their work and that made us feel even better about our decision.

These guys are 100% reliable, honest, and caring. They are very professional, competent, and clean.

Just to be honest, there's room for improvement in terms of their communication, but that's just to say that they are not perfect.

I would trust the keys of my house with no concerns, and to complete any renovation I can think of.

They provided services to me in June-2020 and I actually took this long to write the review because I wanted to see both the durability of their products and services as well as their warranty. And then again, I couldn't have chosen a better group of guys.

Our bathroom and refinished floor in the laundry room are amazingly done. They were super detailed with the mosaic, and even took the patience to redo it when they thought it wasn't good enough. Someone might say this is a failure, but I actually find it amusing that they were perfectionist without me having to say a word.

They isolated themselves from my family, and were always extremely respectful. By the end of their service, they were like family already. But they would respect the distance if someone would request it too.

Sometimes they might seem pricey, but trust is many times priceless.
