I wish I had researched this horrible company better before hiring them to fix a broken fridge. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their business practices are clearly fraudulent and unethical. If they can't fix the issue, they will never refund you the %50 deposit you paid to order the parts. They also require you to sign an electronic invoice, but, as it turns out, they can alter that very same invoice in any way they desire after you've signed it. In my case, they've added an extra charge to it. Luckily, I had a copy of the original invoice, but when I talked to the manager, she wasn't interested to even consider it and kept saying the charge had always been on the invoice.
Don't be their next victim.
