Far from black out shades requested. Charged 2700 dollars to do 1 job that took 5 times to do and still not done to expectation. Offered a 50 dollar credit after 5 tines over and 0 customer service skills. Used them 2 times, 1st time tech did show, thought we will try one more time, this time they made sure I would never return for any other property I own. They say slap 1 cheek give the other ... both cheeks have been well slapped and We will never return or refer. Good luck Dianne and Paul.
