I did an extensive web search for a good company to rent a bin and I thought I found a good one, but was sorely disappointed.
Main issues.
-Although their bin rental pricing chart seemed reasonable, it has no relation to what you actually end up paying.
-What they DO NOT tell you is that they bring your junk to transfer station that they OWN under a different name. And they over-inflate the weight of your bin, so you end up paying way more than you should. They show you the invoice, but it's a joke. And there is no way for you to dispute the weight. They charge your credit card and you are done.
-Second, they DO NOT take your junk to the city waste station. They sort through all your stuff and recover anything they think is valuable at their location first. If you value privacy, then this does not make one feel good having strangers pick through your stuff. And they don't tell you this.
-Aldo is one of their customer facing sales people. Very smooth on the phone. He gets your business. But when there is an issue...suddenly, says nothing I can do. Not my department. I only handle sales. So dead end.
-They claim that they are on the Marlyn Dennis Show and are credible. Well just because you are on TV does not mean you are good. Call this company at your own peril.
