We met with this company a year ago when we discovered we had mold it our basement. We met Gabriel soon after and he was there throughout the process. One thing we liked right away is he didn't create panic about the mold. A lot of other companies told us a lot of scary things about mold that were not true when we googled.
The team was open to deal with and very open to discussion and ideas. We also liked the honesty! He was honest that remediation was his expertise and asked us if we wanted to get quotes for other people to compare to his prices for other work, such as concrete work. Unless we agreed on a change in work, the quoted number was always the same as the final payment.
