We needed to fix our ceiling fan wiring in our 100 year old home. Matt from Pulse Electrical was very professional, clean, courteous and prompt. He answered all of our questions and concerns on site. We needed a new fan, which he went and bought for us and returned within 30 minutes. Couldn't ask for better service! We will only use Matt for any other electrical issues moving forward. We needed a few plugs added in our home, and Matt came highly recommended from a couple of friends so we decided to try him out. We have had some bad experiences with other electricians in the past, but Matt exceeded our expectations. He was prompt (even early!!), courteous, professional and very clean. Matt helped me with replacing a very old panel and upgrade my service to 200 amps. Electrical is very intimidating to me and can be quite complicated but Matt made the process seamless. We hired Pulse Electrical to rewire our home as well as relocate plugs & switches and install potlights & other fixtures. My husband and I were very impressed with the professional and high quality service we received. The electrician was very knowledgeable, clean and reliable. We had our old home rewired and pot lights put in our kitchen, living room and dinning room by Matt at Pulse Electrical. Matt was extremely competent, professional and personable. He completed the entire job on time with minimum disruption. Matt made sure we were aware of any issues and what was planned for the following day. I hired Matt at Pulse to re-wire my old, East York home, which presented a number of challenges, both in terms of the design of the house (semi-detached, no attic to allow for easy wall/wire access, etc.) and my own schedule. He did a fantastic job on all fronts at a very reasonable price for the degree of work that had to be done. The house is now completely re-wired with minimal disruption and damage (and Matt patched everything up and cleaned up, good as new!).

In re-wiring the house, Matt also had some excellent suggestions, which included wiring in smoke and CO2 detectors for safety, proper placement of outlets and placement/design of light fixtures. All were very welcomed suggestions and the finished product looks great. I also truly believe we've added significant resale value with this work.

At the time that we hired Matt, we were having multiple renovations done on the house. I was spearheading the project and as such I got to interact with a LOT of different contractors. Through that experience I learned what was really important when dealing with contractors:

Matt went above an beyond on all of these fronts. He arrived on time every day and finished the project 1-2 weeks early. He was incredibly responsive in his communication and we always knew what was going on. He was very clean and finally, we completely trust him. He is also well connected in the contracting industry and referred us to other contractors when we needed them (e,g, painters)

We already know that we will be hiring Matt again for some other projects around the house and have recommended him to our friends. He left an incredible impression on us and we cannot sing his praises enough. You will not regret hiring Matt.
