Well, all I can say is don't be lured in by the cheap prices. We spent $2000 on a washer/dryer (non-matching), a stove, and a fridge. Problems started initially with the sales rep Bruna - she said they could deliver to our cottage for $150. I decided to borrow a trailer and take them myself - big mistake. The cottage is in Niagara, and I started with the fridge and stove first trip.
Now, before we bought - Sam promised he would be gathering all the missing pieces to the fridge (bottom cover, shelf support, inside drawer, shelf glass) and we could get them with the next load of the washer and dryer. To date BTW- we are still missing the support, and bottom cover.
I loaded the fridge and stove, set them up, and we immediately noticed the oven would not heat up past 150. It was stuck forever on pre-heating. I called and spoke to Sam, and he of course said that we could return it, and either pick another one, OR he could fix this one as it has a year warranty. My wife really liked the condition of this one, so we opted to have it fixed. In the meantime, I returned it to him, and picked up the washer/dryer.
He provided us with the glass shelf, and a drawer for the fridge, still no bottom cover, and no shelf support. Fast forward one week, the stove is ready to be picked up. I asked if they could deliver it this time, as going back and forth was more work than I thought with a trailer. They said sure - no problem - for $250. I said wha??! When we were shopping, Bruna said $150 delivery for all 4 pieces!? There was much back and forth, but they would not budge. I kept being told - "$250 for delivery sir!"
I was annoyed, but it was on me for not taking delivery in the first place. I just didn't like the 2 prices for delivery before and after payment was made.
So I went at 8:30pm and picked up the stove. They had another girl there who helped me load it up on the trailer. It was dark outside, and I was tired, but we loaded it up, and I took it to the cottage that weekend.
Next morning - when the sun was out, and I was unloading it, I got a SURPRISE! It was the same model, but not the original stove. It was filthy inside, all the racks were brown, the stove top had crusty stains on it - it was a disaster. I couldn't tell in the dark the night before. Lucky I had a pic of the original serial number sticker, as I wanted to lookup the manual, and compared it. Yup - wrong stove. The reason my wife wanted ours fixed, is it was VERY clean, the racks were all new and shiny silver, and it included a "split" rack for cooking tall items. Not in this stove, and like I said - DIRTY.
I got on the phone, and got the run-around from them. No one answering calls, or texts to any of their numbers, it was clear they were avoiding me. I then called from my spouses cell phone, and surprise, they answered. So I explained to Sam they gave me the wrong stove. Long story short - the answer? Bring it back, and you can have yours. I asked if they could come get it - as clearly this is all on them. First of all - the appliances are stickered with TESTED, and clearly - they are not. Strike one. Secondly - THEY gave me the wrong stove! But - again - as I didn't pay for delivery, they were not going to pick it up. I pleaded with them - again explaining that originally delivery was offered to me for 150, and I would pay that now. But no way, shape, or form - were they going to budge for less than $250 - because apparently, I made too good of a deal on the appliances, getting them 4 for $2000. What!!??!!?
So back I loaded it, and took it home. They agreed to come to my house in Toronto, but not the cottage. Fine. Arranged a time, and they brought my original stove. They had 2 guys bring it on the back of a pickup with a couple of other pieces they were delivering. Nothing covered or protected, the appliances were all rubbing against each other on the back of this thing. As they unloaded my stove, I told them its all scratched from riding beside this freezer?! Showed them were it was touching before they even unloaded it. Ofcourse - their English is not so good (understatement). Then, they get it off the pickup, and the side panels are all unscrewed, and falling off. The stove was literally falling apart on the sidewalk! I was not happy, and ofcourse no one was answering my calls back at the store. (surprise, surprise). The kicker? All the new shiny racks inside the stove - were GONE. Replaces with crusty old and rotten racks. I had enough - I asked one of the guys to call Sam right now, and then hand the phone to me. Little do these clowns know - I speak Spanish. They have a quick chat - and buddy tells Sam that I am very upset. No guff. I get Sam on the line - and I say - the stove is falling apart - its missing screws on the side panels, and its in pieces, plus - all the racks are gone from the inside! I was calm, and professional, but firm. Well, Mr Sam starts YELLING at me that its a used stove, and the racks are used, and if I don't want it - I can keep the other one, and he was basically blowing me off, and he hung up! So the 2 guys start cannibalising the other stove, to put this one together. I was fed up. They left. And I took the stove back to the cottage myself.
Turned it on the next day - and low and behold - oven heats up, but gets an F9 error code - "Oven too hot" msg.
I'm done with them. I will warn anyone and everyone who asks about this place. I will take out a full internet site, and setup google search optimization, so that anyone googling them, will see a link to my site. I'll call it WWW.BEWARE-BARCELONA-APPLIANCES.COM. I don't care the cost. What they are doing, how they treat people is shameful.
I'm done with them. I can't express enough how fast you should be avoiding this place. The service is ABYSMAL, the are RUDE, and they just don't care.
UPDATE
I opened a case with the Better Business Bureau. This got thier attention. Below are the log details frm the case:

Received a call from Yury Riguero 11:42am october 18, 2018 - asking about the stove. I started to explain the situation, and current status of the stove, when she heard I was dealing with Sam, she interrupted me to say she will ask Sam for more details, and ended the call.
1 minute later Sam texted me asking if the stove was working ok. I replied "No". I also reminded him the last time we spoke, he yelled and hung up on me. Hasn't texted back

Someone has texted saying they can send someone to my cottage to replace the stove with another one - for $199. OR we can repair this one if I bring it back to the factory. No mention of the missing fridge parts. Clearly they haven't read my complaint.

Now Sam is harassing me asking to pay 200 to schedule someone to pickup and replace the stove. I asked him twice to stop texting me unless he wants to solve the problem. He continues to harass me, saying he needs to finalise the schedule for next week ASAP. I warned him to cease texting me, else I will act, and he should govern himself accordingly.

Now, they are still texting and insisting on 200. They said they will be in the area of my cottage on Monday doing other deliveries - but still want 200 more dollars! Even though they are in the neighbourhood, and can make things right, they are still trying to extort 200 more dollars from me! They do not answer any of my questions regarding missing parts, and are still harassing me for more money. I've sent them my final warring that if they continue to harass me, I will call the authorities. The only communication I expect are someone coming to fix the stove, and deliver my parts so I can use my fridge.
