I purchased a washing machine and dryer. 1 year later both are not working. I have had problems with both machines since I purchased them. After 2-3 months issues began. It would take months for them to either replace the machine or send a service technician. They replaced the broken washing machine with a different washing machine that also doesnt work. I am contemplating posting the conversation with the owner over the past year as well as photos of the equipment. Both machines worked maybe 2 months since purchase. Save yourself the grief and headaches. Stay away from this place. The worst customer service ever. Sell machines that break down every 30 days. You will wait months for them to repair or replace. Better off buying new or try a different company
