While watching a friend's home, the a/c unit stopped working. As it was not my residence I called to inquire about possible causes or fixes. My call was returned within 15 minutes and the technician was very helpful and understanding of my concerns. He attended within a short period of time and completed a full review of the a/c unit as well as the vent/duct/furnace. My concerns were very much quelled and my house was cooled within the next hour with the a/c back up and running.

Air conditioner was repaired promptly and everything was explained thoroughly. The technician (Shannon) who provided the service was excellent!

We have had Shannon here for many years doing our maintenance on our furnace, air conditioner and fireplaces. You couldn't send a nicer more reliable guy. It is always a pleasure when Shannon is here.

This time Shannon had a trainee with him and he had the patience to go through everything with him and help in his guidance. This trainee has a great mentor.

SHANON IS THE TECHNICIAN WHO ATTENDED JULY 12,2017, TO CHECK OUR AIR COND. UNIT. HE DEMONSTATED MUCH PROFESSIONALISM AND WAS ABLE TO CLEARLY EXPLAIN PROBLEMS RELATED TO OUR A/C. HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND DID NOT PRESSURE US INTO BUYING ANY PRODUCT RELATED TO THE BUSINESS. MY WIFE AND I WERE VERY PLEASED WITH HIS SERVICE AND WILL ENDEAVOR TO HAVE HIM ATTEND IF OTHER PROBLEM EVER PRESENTS ITSELF. WE WILL BE PURCHASING NEW UNIT. THANK YOU.
