The work done was to address flooding we had in our basement. Cleanup was immediate and efficient, service was timely and well executed and our contractor, Jarrod Matteis, was never more than a call, text or email away.

Scope of work included cleaning and sanitizing the space, removing items damaged in the flood, photographing and itemizing lost belongings for the insurance claim and removing and replacing drywall, trim and flooring.

Painting was also completed using Patrick Savard and his team from Savard Contracting Group Inc. and his work was also impressive. We had a staircase repaired, significant patchwork completed and painting done in our space and we were pleased with his reasonable fees and quality work.

Cost was paid through the insurance claim.

Price below is what we paid out of pocket for the painting/patchwork/staircase repair.

All of the staff/crew that came to the house were very professional, courteous, and friendly. We have received the invoice for the emergency clean-up but we would like an itemized invoice. We have left a couple of voice mail messages with Mark Smits requesting this and have not received anything yet. If Mark could call me himself (Duncan St. Amour - 519 919-7810) to discuss this, it would be greatly appreciated.

They also helped me so much when the flood affected my neighbours property. They were out of the country, so I was left in charge. I felt so confident because Roberto and Mark were there to help me. Thanks guys.

A project manager arrived within 24 hrs followed be a mechanic to inspect furnace etc. A cleanup crew was there in a week everything was handled in a professional polite manner and completed to my satisfaction.

They were quick and did a great job. I am happy that our insurance company recommended this company. I would consider them for other projects.

Pinhole leak in supply pipe to washing machine caused damage to interior walls. Restoration of damaged walls and ceiling in laundry room and surrounding areas.

The assessment crew responded within a couple of days of notification and made recommendations. The clean-up crew arrived a couple of days after that and completed the clean-up process in about a hour. They left about 5 large dehumidifiers/fans running to continue the drying process, but the machines are now turned off and they have not yet picked them up.

The crews arrived on time and where very diligent in there work. Cleaned as they went and always polite. Brian and Jordan did a great job and i would recommend them to everyone.

You guys did fast and Great job. I am very happy and satisfied. Will recommend you to others.
