I live in leslieville and want to stay in the neighbourhood. My wife and I are having another child and need more space. Instead of selling, paying real estate fees and land transfer etc. and buy a more expensive house, we decided to put an extension and addition on instead.
We had many quotes, some cheaper and some completely out of our league. We hired Urban Studio because they were reasonably priced, offered to do all of the work, from getting the permits to completely finishing the space. Extra bedroom and bigger living space with new kitchen. The project took about 4 months, there were some problems we ran into along the way, but all issues were resolved. We are super happy with the work and professionalism of the crew at Urban studio and tell all our friends and family about our great experience.
