We pride ourselves on our quality work and customer service, so we completely understand why you were frustrated with your service given that the work was not of our usual quality and there was a lack of professionalism. Our crews are highly trained and skilled, and we have since made changes to ensure that all our teams are above our standards. We do offer additional services to ensure that our clients understand that taking care of the exterior of the home has a lot of beneficial value, especially financial value to avoid costly repairs in the future due to neglect. We never want our clients to feel blindsided by additional services or costs, so we apologize for that. However, we do always make sure to confirm pricing with our clients for those additional fees.
