Stefano was fantastic! We have a century home with a slate roof. He was extremely thorough and used technology (drones for the roof, thermal technology for leaks. etc .) to find everything you need to repair. Great pictures. Simple explanations. Super nice guy too! 10+/10

Stefano is an excellent and dedicated inspector who you can count on to leave no stone unturned.

He gave the impression of somebody who both enjoyed and took his job seriously. By the time we met for our appointment, he had already arrived early and was inspecting our home exterior using aerial drone footage of our roof, brick walls, window and door installations.

He was well equipped for every aspect of the job, took his time to examine every section thoroughly, and gave a down to earth assessment relative to what would be expected compared to industry standards.

His reports were extremely detailed and had photographs that would be necessary for potential warranty claims as Tarion is very explicit.

Based on our experience, I would highly recommend their services.

It is well worth it as it may be difficult without the right tools, experience, or insights to evaluate major deficiencies such as leaks or structural problems.

As of writing this review, we're 3 months in and so far haven't had any issues arise beyond what's already been discussed with Stefano.
