Hey Paul thankyou for hiring us to remove your chimney and your kind review. Your chimney was in really bad condition above and below the roof line. We took chimney down to the flashing and capped it off. We removed all the damaged brick below the soffit and replaced them with the brick we saved from the removal of the chimney. Just to let you know if you every want to use those wood burner flues again all you have to do is remove the caping of the chimney and rebuild the chimney with new brick. Good to know if you want to do it down the road or if you every sell your home. Thanks again and stay safe.

Hey Mike thank you for you kind review. As we both know that clay brick don't hold up very good when they are below grade. We removed all the damage brick and replaced them with concrete block and a did a Portland parge for a smooth finish. Let us know when you want to move forward on the chimney repair.

The chimney had seen better days and was in very bad condition also very dangerous for people on the ground as bricks pieces had been falling off. It was a complete rebuild from the roof line up. We are happy how the brick match measured up and you can't tell from the street that it was a rebuild looks like it has always been there.
