Complete backyard transformation. All in all the project was on time and on budget. Constructed a precast 100’ long x 4’ high retaining wall, concrete patio extension, irrigation system, all new sod front to back, cedars & perennials. From the first initial quote to the end of the project I was more than impressed with Eddie’s professionalism, courtesy and customer care.
Eddie and his crew were workhorses and put in 12+ hrs a day to get the job done as efficiently and accommodating as possible. I was most impressed with the end of day clean up and condition they left the work site. I’ve dealt with messy and inconsiderate contractors in the past, Eddie and his crew aren’t one of them. We ran into quite a few challenges with the project along the way, not once did they complain or refuse to work. One example; Bell and Rogers run their cable lines literally just bellow sod level, so 2”-3” deep. Code is suppose to be minimum 18”. One of our lines got crushed with their excavators and they covered the cost to get the line fixed and dealt with the cable company when they came to the house. Totally unnecessary and not their fault but went above and beyond to rectify the issue.
Consulted 3 other contractors and his pricing was right in the middle. Added a bunch of extras after the fact which brought our final cost up but the work speaks for itself and was worth it.
Any future projects I will be using Greene Scene again and I will be recommending them to my friends and family!
