Alex and the team were extremely friendly, knowledgable and professional! I had a leaky downspout that caused water to flow towards the foundation of my house, making a mess of my lawn and leading to dampness in my basement. Since I am really tight on budget and waterproofing the foundation itself isn't possible, Alex provided me with an optimal solution. Along with his courteous crew, he not only replaced my old downspout, but also extended it to the point where it longer messes up my grass on the lawn! I am more than greateful to Rainbow Solutions Inc. for their time, expertise and explanation of how waterproofing works (if I will ever need it in the future). Our cold storage, under the front porch, was flooding during heavy rain. Alex's team did a great job diagnosing and solving the issue. Sump pump, hydraulic cement, & blue skin.

The job was costed and described by Alex. He was very professional in his quote in terms of what he would do to fix the issue. His crew dug 22 feet by hand to the footings. They replaced the weeping tile on the side that had the issue. They fixed cracks with hydaulic cement, used Acqua Block and Delta Foundation Wrap. The crew and Alex kept us informed and explained what they were doing when we asked. The job was done on time and the clean up job was excellent. They worked on our house like it was their own. We could not have received better service.

There was evidence the main drain at our house was clogged. I contacted Alex and his crew because they had just completed outstanding waterproofing work at our house. They sent someone to do a camera inspection right away and found the problem to be the old "trap", located just outside the house.

They proceeded to digging (by hand, since the space between houses is very narrow where we are located), found the trap, removed it, and repaired the drain over 2 days. They also installed clean out vents.

My experience with Rainbow Solutions was again top notch. Communication with Alex is frequent and easy. My property was cleaned as if the work never happened.
