Techs Sascha and Don were very progessional and were able to diagnose and fox my problem within an hour. They explained in detail what they were doing and why it was necessary. They cleaned up after they were finished and asked me if I would care to sunmit a review and I said Definitely!! Great job guys. Thank you very much. I will recommend this company to the Strata manager
