Does the easy parts well. Does the harder parts horribly.
Arrived two hours late on his first day. His brother arrived first, had no idea he was coming, just a random dude comes in and has no clue about the job. Between the two of them, it took them 3 days to simply lay flooring on one level and do baseboard. No fancy work. All finishing touches (baseboards, transition strips, etc.) we're done extremely poorly. The flooring only looks good because we chose nice floors and it's relatively foolproof to put locking planks together. Didn't even give me a actual total at any point, just paid parts of it at a time and then ghosted me with the job unfinished (did not pay for more than what I got though).
Don't recommend.

Kevin, your lazy approach to answering my text messages or phone calls explains everything about your character. Kevin , I told you my brother was coming before me. I was off picking up your vinyl nosings. When my brother arrived at your house, he almost threw up . He took pictures and forwarded them to my cell. We walked into a hoarders nest. We wanted to bail asap. Kevin ,you made my brother wait 2 hrs in his vehicle as you tried to clean up your shit . I gave you 24 hours' notice . Nothing was ready for us. Junk everywhere. Food on the floor. You took no effort to clean up your garbage. Not very professional of you. For a person who works at a learning center in Pickering (kumon.) . You should learn yourself. Show some respect .Your lack of common sense is messed up. You picked a very low quality junk floor. It took a lot of effort to install your garbage. The reason why your transitions looked bad. You wouldn't allow me to put weight on them. You wanted the cheapest options. You delayed our timeline. I went back a few times to paint baseboards. To address issues only to be told to leave. You had plans. Regarding your invoice. Again, your lazy approach, you didn't read my messages. I told you not to pay me until your installation was completed. You insisted on paying . A Iow amount. I told you I suffered a major injury. I was off work to heal. Being in your house gave me huge anxiety . Your attitude made it very hard. I hate when clients don't clean up their shit .Working on top of junk . Hopefully, my review of you will warn other homestar contractors to bail . You ghosted me. You own me over a 1000 . Your review is a joke. I will be leaving a review on Kumon ,rougemount site ,warning parents about your narcissistic tendencies. You should be ashamed of how you raise your family. Living like pigs.
