I would highly recommend JCO + Associates for all your renovation projects. It was a huge pleasure to work with this company! What made it so? The Senior Project Manager is a gem! He looked after every aspect of the renovation of our lobby. It was the easiest project I have ever handled as President of the Board of Directors! The ceiling was raised, the mailroom enlarged, the ramp widened, the wiring and lighting updated, a new fireplace installed and the Conference Room refurbished. The Project Manager consulted with me and, best of all, he could be trusted to make sure that everything was done as close to perfection as possible. He is a people person who deals calmly with any issue that arises and is a problem solver extraordinaire! Safety of the residents was always his primary concern.

Renovation of large condo lobby in 15 year old building in mid town Toronto to refresh appearance and reposition property in market. Board and owners participated in selections and were happy with the results. As property manager, the project was well organized with no inconvenience to residents.

Attention to detail in the renovation to our condo hallways with regards to our wallpaper was lacking... Corners cut uncleanly, bubbling, bad joins, etc...... When approached, they brushed it off.
