Aephli Contracting

We highly recommend Chris and his company (Aephli) for home renovation work.
From the beginning he impressed us as someone who cares for details, a professional who is proud of his work. He responded to our request for quote the same day we contacted him. He came in, inspected the site, gave us ideas we had not thought of, sent us a reasonable quote that same evening, and began to work on the agreed date and time. Chris, and his staff, were always on time, they took care of isolating the area they were working on so as to keep the rest of the house as clean as possible, cleaned at the end of the day, and were always friendly. As part of our kitchen renovation we had to remove an old wall, frame and build a new one, install a pocket door and a barn door. We appreciated his advice on what products to buy, and as he worked on it he suggested a few things that made the final product look even better than anticipated. He also helped us with fixing and sanding some areas on the ceiling that were not part of the job.
In conclusion: excellent work, well priced, completed on time, using quality materials and tools.
We will definitely re-hire him for another renovation project (a washroom) in a few months.
