We just met your agent to-day and just had a telephone conversation with an office person in Calgary. Everything appears to be well explained and covered and both were very patient and friendly. Your service person comes Saturday at 10 am and hopefully all will work out as explained. so..."so far--- so good" ! Thank You.

We are pleased with the security system and its nice to know we can call a service person in our area.

Decided to switch providers when I was informed that my current panel had been recalled and I was not notified and it was not replaced.

I was offered to have my security system upgraded
I was having some issues from the Liberty system and was given an offer to have my current system upgraded. I have accepted the offer.
