Capitol Security

Keith from Capital Security came by the house at an opportune time, as many of our sensors and cameras needed updating or servicing. Changing to a company more local seems to make sense.

Alternate provider offering services that Fluent was not able support in AB.
New board supplied and installed, house access security supplied and installed, CO monitor supplied and installed.
Technician appointment for equipment and installation for, 5 pm 16/08/23.
Letter supplied and signed for mailing to Fluent.

Havent been with the company long enough to give them a proper rating. Salesman was knowledgeable and informative.

Security system to be installed tomorrow so can't evaluate system yet. Agent was knowledgeable, explained system and options. Appears to be a thorough and well priced system.

The service person was excellent and the sale person was clear in describing the product and the the procedure. We were very pleased with the entire process. Our hope is that this type of service will continue into the future where the equipment will be upgraded and monitored so that the equipment continues to work properly.
