Right from the start we were impressed by your Product Consultant. He gave us all the options and explained clearly what we would get. There was no pressure or big sales pitch, which was good, as that would have put me off. Presentation was very well done.
Then your technician, when he came to install proved himself very capable and engaging. He explained the system well and took us through the whole system so we understood it. He was very patient and courtious.
