I called Boss Mechanical upon referral from installer, Aria Comfort.
Ana from Boss Mech. was 100% professional, understood my requests and set up appointment quickly. The A/C was repaired on time. Another HVAC company unnecassrily billed me $140 with completely wrong dignosis which could have costed me $ 1500. Yes Boss Mech is professional as far as I can tell.

i have shooped around in july of 2016 for a commercial A/C 5 ton.
they are the only one to come up with a solution to make it easier and cheaper!
I have 3 of this 5 ton units.

Carmine and his team at BOSS Mechanical are exemplary in their customer service, professionalism, and installation. Carmine walked my property with me, taking the time to hear and understand our needs and provide several options with his recommendations along the way. Once we arrived at a preferred option for a new A/C and whole home humidifier, he provided a detailed quote and extremely fair pricing. All of his staff, whether for the quote or the install arrived on time and with friendly demeanours. On the day of the install, the professional installers took the time to lay down protection for our hardwood floors and carpets, and went to work. They were thorough and very clean, testing all of the new installations to ensure that everything was up and running smoothly. Once they were done, the walked me through the new install, pointing out how to operate everything, how to maintain the new products, and checked to ensure that I was completely happy with everything. That is what I call outstanding customer service! Thank you to Carmine and his team at BOSS Mechanical!

The best price I found by far! thought I'd have to put up with a compromise in service which is usually the case when you get a great deal, but boss mechanical proved that theory wrong,, Vanessa at the office was very helpful and friendly and the installers were prompt the job was clean and professional. Great job guys! You will definitely get referrals from me. Saw a bad review on them on home stars but I guess even if you bend over backwards some people are never happy. I recommend you try them if your reading this cheers !!

I could not have been happier with my experience with Boss. Everything was done quickly, curiously, and professionally. From the time I called for information and a quote, until the time the technicians were cleaned up and finished, everything exceeded expectations. The office staff and especially the technicians were excellent and I look forward to hiring Boss again and will recommend them to anyone and everyone.

We had our water heater replaced with new Tankless and the crew from Boss came and installed it very professionally and went beyond to clean up our furnace drain at the same time. Very happy with their service and would recommend.

We recently purchased a new home without an air conditioning unit. I called Boss Mechanical after seeing thier positive Homestars reviews, and am very glad I did! Carmine came to give us a quote and was so helpful in explaining the work required and all of our options. He clearly aimed to provide us the best fit for our needs. He also took the time to peek at a few other HVAC related issues we had and arranged for them to be taken care of when our AC was installed, which was very much appreciated! The installers arrived on time and were fantastic, very friendly and efficient. When the work was completed, everything was explained and visually shown to me, and thier work area was spotless. Very happy I found this company and plan to use them for all my future HVAC needs. Thank you!

Not satisfied. I called another company and the fan blower was full of dust. I won't recommend them to anyone.

Great price on a great product! I had the installation team set up my air conditioner. They really took the time to make sure everything worked smoothly before they left and they were open to answer any questions I had for them. Customer service is by far the best in the business. Great job BOSS Mechanical! I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs installation, repair or maintenance on a furnace, A/C or humidifier for their home or business. Simply the best!
