Very professional team. Brain Sharp Was the estimator- very courteous, thoughful and knowlegable. Bob was the Schedule corordinator- again very professional, gave us regular update and extended support. We never met the team led by Nick (was away at work) who cmpleted the work and they left the place as is i.e., clean. Overall, very professional, pleasant to deal with and keeps promises (eg., completion as per schedule). I would recommend highly depending on one's budget.

Do not use them; unprofessional and wrong diagnosis not only was charged for money but it took me time to get a second opinion with the fraction of cost to repair. Park Aire technician was not even sure what the problem was and suggested to change the entire unit (only 2 years old). Then on insistence settled for less repair but with wrong diagnosis nevertheless. As a well wisher texted them but no reply so far. Hasan- Oakville

I called Boss Mechanical upon referral from installer, Aria Comfort. Ana from Boss Mech. was 100% professional, understood my requests and set up appointment quickly. The A/C was repaired on time. Another HVAC company unnecassrily billed me $140 with completely wrong dignosis which could have costed me $ 1500. Yes Boss Mech is professional as far as I can tell.
