Slow leak within my pool was more noticeable when opening the pool. Reed Pool came and used headphones and pole equipment for 20 minutes to state there was a slow leak at the drain. They would plug it, okay, $400 dollars later. Over the summer, leak continued unnoticed because it could be evaporation as it was hot summer. After pool closed for a month or more, noticeable drop in water level. Phoned cranky individual Robin at Reed Pool, who said nothing they can do now, 15 day warranty, but keep the pool filled for now. I contacted them again in May to come out and 'refix'. He pushed me out weeks, then a few days before emailed to say his key leak guy quit and he cannot service, so he referred me to somewhere else. The next company came and located leak at drain because liner pulling away, unfixable, need a new liner, current is too old. So I had to pay again for the same leak detection to a different company, still without fixing it. A new liner was installed and during, the drain and return was pressure tested and no leak was found in the pipes. So, these guys at Reed Pool put 2 simple plugs in, one in filter, one at drain, not addressing the problem whatsoever and refuse to come back. They did not even do a pressure test of the drain pipes to see if that is where the water was leaking. Avoid this company as you've been warned now. Poor service, poor customer care, no refund or give a damn. They should not be allowed to operate.
