Val and Alex did a great job on my Vancouver - Calgary move despite some elevator problems at the pick up address . The movers showed up on time, equipped with different kinds of dollies and tools. There was a long walking distance between the truck and the elevator but they used fully loaded 2/4 wheel dollies and the loading time was in the range the R.E.M. representative had told us. Everything about the moving service was communicated clearly and delivered on a timely manner as agreed. I really appreciate their hard work and friendly, positive attitude
