Sanded, stained and varnished the main floor (375 sq. ft) and buffed / varnished the second floor (200 sq. ft). Peter did an incredible job and took real care with the floors.
In the future, I would have sanded all the rooms. It creates a way better look. But that was my decision and we were short on time. Really great job! Would definitely work with him again.
