Our AC went down on the hottest and humid August long weekend. After doing some research at Homestars, we called Oleg at Air Point. Oleg asked us to change out the furnace filters first to see if this made any difference and if not to call him back. We did what he said and no change in the AC. He came on the holiday Monday and made some good recommendations at a good price point. He did not charge us for the visit! The installers came in the next day, Tuesday and they were very polite and professional! It has been over three weeks now and the AC and furnace is working well. The furnace is powerful enough to get the AC up into the second floor! We are very happen with Oleg and Air Point, we would be very happen to recommend them to anyone!

I called Airpoint because my heater stopped working after the big storm last week. They suggested that I double check first that the tank isn't a rental by calling enbridge first. I bought this home recently and didn't realize it was included in their invoice and is a rental. All the other companies I called on this site were quoting expensive prices just to come out, and this company not only quoted reasonable prices but they didn't weren't going to take my money if I already had coverage. I really value their honesty and customer service!!

We've known since moving into our new house in February that the Air Conditioning unit is on its last legs (over 20 years old, and noisey). We had hoped to wait until the fall to replace it, however it decided yesterday was the day for it to break down. After looking through the reviews here this morning, I gave Air Point a call and was glad I did. Greg was at my house 3.5 hours later. After a quick survey he determined the compressor is likely the problem and found some shorted & rusted wiring. While advising me I'd likely need a replacement, he was going to take 10 minutes and re-do some wiring to see if it will work. After some tinkering he managed to resurrect it, and told us to just let it go until we are ready to replace it sometime in the fall or spring. There was no attempt to convince us to replace it now or any other kind of upsell - just pure service at its best.

Air Point has definitely earned itself a call back in the fall when its time to replace the unit. I'll be recommending them to everyone.

Oleg and his team were great. Responsive, fair, honest & extremely accommodating. Admittedly I am a discerning buyer that does research.
I had no AC during heat waves & Oleg moved around his schedule to accommodate to replace my dead AC unit. His men showed up and were friendly, professional, clean and very efficient. His office team then provided excellent after sales support and accommodated invoice payment. I priced out with other bigger companies but Oleg came in with the best package (Unit, brand, and warranty) and even got me a cover for my unit after all this!
