Oleg returned my call right away and explained the work as well as his availability; he answered all of my questions (I'm a newbie homeowner) and was able to schedule me within the week. On the day of the installation, they arrived early & worked through a long day to ensure the work was completed same-day. They were able to problem-solve around some of the things that come up with a 100yr old house. Overall, the guys were pleasant, tidy, and happy to answer my questions and go a step beyond. They even fixed a minor HVAC issue I had in the laundry room at no additional cost!

Vadym (sp?) and Alexander came by to replace my furnace and were extremely professional. They arrived early, laid down canvas cloth to the basement door so as to not dirty/damaged it. They cleaned the AC portion while replacing my furnace and adjusted my gas pipe to add a shut-off valve for the furnace itself. It is little things like these that made them stand out. Oleg was courteous and went out of this way to ensure that I got my furnace replaced ASAP. I called around and Oleg's quote was the most competitive. I highly recommend anyone to go with Air Point Heating and Cooling.

Purchased new Carrier 2 stage Furnace. Very professional Technicians arrived on time, drop cloths, very organized. Furnace new in sealed crate. All joints sealed, perfect gas line fittings, perfect 636 intake/ exhaust runs. Air Point technicians even corrected builder installed A-coil tray angle to ensure water flows from reservoir properly. If there's water leaking from your furnace, chances are it's because it's not being routed properly from the A-Coil. I was watching the tech's work, it was like watching an orchestra playing in time together. These guys simply do really good work, nothing else left to be said.

The team at Air Point was an absolute pleasure to deal with through the process. Their communication was great, turnaround to schedule a visit was fast and they showed up on time and ready to go. The installation was done quickly and professionally and they had great attention to detail. I especially appreciated how they cleaned up afterwards and left everything in perfect condition. Last Aug 31 2018, I spoke to Oleg and agreed to an install of a Carrier
air conditioner. A couple of days later Vlad and other man showed up and did a great install. New copper lines from the AC unit to the Hvac furnace, and new heat exchanger etc. I checked on them often because I worked in an oil refinery as a student a few summers helping pipe fitters, boiler makers and mill rights.
Vlad did great quality work. I only ran the AC a few times in 2018 as it was installed late in the year. Everything worked great. on purpose I never wrote a homestars review at the time because I wanted to be sure everything was great.
Fast forward to first week of July 2019 heat wave. I still hadnt run the AC
much till then. Then in the middle of the Friday night, I started hearing a
loud metallic rattling noise coming up through the registers....so loud I couldnt sleep. I called at 10 am Saturday and explained to Oleg the problem, and he said he’d send someone over in the afternoon.
Mike came and did a great fast job diagnosing and fixing the problem.
It turned out to be a damper, deep in the bowels of the ventilation shaft that suddenly decided to start rattling. It was nothing to do with the AC install.
In summary, the people at Airpoint are great people. They do fantastic work, and I heartily recommend this company.
I’m going to need a new hot water tank soon, and I know who I am calling.

Great and professional, charged regular rates when every other AC repair service provider was trying to avoid the work over the long weekend, or asking for time and a half. Service was courteous and earlier than estimated. Found the issue quickly and fixed and replaced a small part (the capacitor) that was broken.
