Very unprofessional job and no customer service

This company came to promote their service at my door, and since I happen to be thinking about cleaning and sealing my interlock driveway, I agreed to do business with them.

The cleaning was done fine, but then again it's just power wash that anybody can do. I left them to finish off the sanding and sealing (which I should have stayed and kept a close eye) and came back to a really messy driveway. Sand was not applied evenly, and sealing was applied also unevenly and on excess sand. It looks like as if a child smeared my drive way, except it's now all locked in and very hard to clean.

I complained and showed the bad outcome to the owner. Anthony called back and said his worker did the job behind his back and that he's no longer with the company, and he promised that we'd fix the problem. The next day, two people came back (including the supposedly fired employee). I thought they came to fix the driveway, but they said they didn't bring sealer with them thus couldn't do the job and would come back the next day. THEY NEVER DID. I've been following up with Anthony and not much luck there. He mentioned a refund. I asked for an amount, to which he replied "ok" but then never turned that refund into action.

I would strongly urge people to stay away from this company. They are unskilled, unprofessional and will cause more harm than good. I wonder how much truth they are telling. There's no way a company like this one could manage to exist for 27 years, like Anthony claimed. I stand by every word I say. Until Anthony show some real action, I will not change my opinion about this company and the job they did.

I recently did business with this company. Although the initial result was not satisfactory (which turned out to be some internal operation issues, the owner of the business replied back to my concern in a reasonable time frame, and gave a very sincerely apology. Every business make mistakes along the way. But as long as the person running the business is serious about making it right, like the owner Anthony, the business should thrive.

I will come back and update the result once the company fixes my drive way this week.

Very poor finishing quality and no customer service afterwards

They promoted interlocking driveway cleaning and sealing. I was a new owner and looked to do the same for my drive way, so we agreed to do business. The guy's name is Michael and he looked to be a friendly and reasonable guy. To be fair he did a good job cleaning off all the weed on my driveway. But when he started to sand, I had to leave and left him with my husband. When I returned at night, I came back to a messy driveway that looks like a kid has sprayed sand all over and twirled around with a sweep. And since they applied sealing agent all over, that means the messy sand was locked in too, and can't be removed without some forced. Then when I did try hard and remove some hardened sand on the stone, the surface below it was a much lighter color than surrounding stone. Furthermore, the driveway on the outside of sidewalk wasn't sanded much, I still see big gaps between stones.

Now, I could potentially forgive all this poor finishing if they showed some decency and get it fixed. But when I called back, I couldn't reach them. When I message, I don't get a reply either. I got a very brief call back on the first day saying they will fix the problem but that was it. I'm very unhappy about this.

I AM WILLING TO CHANGE THIS REVIEW WHEN SOMEONE FROM THE COMPANY COME AND FIX THE PROBLEM. BUT AS IT STANDS RIGHT NOW, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
