I showed a part for an 1” 1/4 pipe I needed to a clerk and he said he had to order it. He ordered the wrong part. When I returned it he said he would give me my money back but I needed the original receipt. I went home to get it and when I returned with the receipt, another employee told me they would not give me my money back as there were no refunds on cash sales. I explained to him that the wrong part was ordered and i’ve since found an alternative solution (by buying another part through Noble). He offered to replace the parts but not give me a refund. He said for that small of a sale it wasn’t worth it. not very good customer service.

Noble is a really great place for plumbing supplies. They really know their products and are very helpful. Very competitively priced. I would definitely recommend them if you need plumbing supplies.

In the end I didn't purchase the part I'd come for, taking Mateo's advice to re-configure the faulty piping rather than put my money for the second time in five years on the same frost-free hose bib. Thanks, Mateo, for losing the sale and being so graciously helpful about my next steps.

Very helpful and prices is the best Toronto. Buy your HVAC product here and save money! They offer free shipping and usually on schedule. I been going there for 2 years and they haven't disappointed.

After panicking that a backflow valve malfunctioned, I ran to this place and they had one in stock that fit my needs. They quickly gave me a part that was newer and compatible with what I had.
These guys made my life much easier.

The gas company flagged our gas line, indicating it was inadequately supported. The installation was over 15 years old and had never been noticed by the inspector before this time. I went to Noble and the fellow at the counter told me exactly what I needed for pipe supports. He even indicated that the small amount of threaded rod I needed would be cheapest from a big box store. He sold me the rest of the parts (surprisingly inexprensive). The installation of two pipe supports took less than an hour and the inspector told me it looked like a professional job.

Noble has plumbing supplies you can't find normally. I have very old fashioned taps etc and was able to find replacement parts at Noble. It's amazing how many interesting supplies they carry compared to Home Depot, but it's a store for contractors, so unless you're a contractor you'll end up paying a lot (which I did)

A plumber friend of mine said "Nobel Trade was the biggest and the best" I took his advice and ordered all my fixtures with confidence, and after 6 weeks of waiting for the products they offered to deliver to the job, I took the offer and to my surprise the items were all the wrong colour! I could not understand how Bone got confused with white...long story short, the white product was available in a few days our job was held up by the mistake and after all the fixtures were exchanged I thought I should check on their prices...They charged "full list" as I was not a regular customer and would do nothing to correct the pricing. FYI list price is a extremely inflated price they give discounts from to most any real customer...I guess I was not one of them! I will never use Nobel Trade ever again!

the staff there always provide Excellent service, they are very
knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. They give Superior service at their order desk, for example, It doesn't matter how small an item, When we need a part or products right away they will even deliver it the same day. Now, that is what we call Excellent Service!

When doing some DIY renovations in my bathroom, I wasn't sure where I should go to get supplies or if I would get soaked for not being a tradesperson but this company was helpful, curteous and very reasonable priced. If you need anything plumbing related, these guys will have it.
