Noticed a leak coming into the basement a couple of weeks ago. Suspected that it was a vent on the roof.

Called Derek around 10:30 AM. Derek showed up at my house same day right when he said he would. A vent seal was cracked in a couple of places and was definitely the source for the leak.

No fuss - Derek replaced it immediately. In addition he checked the rest of the vents and the general condition of the roof. Immediately caulked some nails that were rising up and made sure the entire roof was still in good condition.

Derek even included an estimate for the remaining life of the roof - another 5 to 10 years! No pushing for a new roof or doing work that wasn't necessary.

The atmospheric river is currently passing through and we can sleep soundly knowing our house is protected.

Derek did an Awesome job personally the same day I sent out request for help after realizing my roof was leaking in one area. No one was home but he kept updating me via text and photos about what he found and reasons for the leak. He was able to provide a very reasonable quote and had the equipment and skills to finish the repairs within a few hours. Cleaned out the leaves and blockage areas and explained everything to us in person at the end.

He was able to fit us in right away after the extreme rain we had and able to fix the problem. He even followed up the day after the next big rain to make sure everything went ok with the repair. It was for my mother's house and she couldn't stop talking about what a nice man Derek was.

BC just had the worst rainfall, and our power room and window were dripping. We called Accountable Roofing and told Derek that we suspected our roof was leaking. Derek was able to come so quickly to help us with the emergency situation under the horrible weather condition. He went up to our attic and identified the leaking area, then he climbed up to our roof and repaired it with shingles. Derek repaired our cedar roof thoroughly and made sure he covered a larger area to prevent future leaking. Throughout the whole process, Derek was extremely friendly, and had patiently explained to me the whole situation. We could not be more thankful to have found the Accountable Roofing and we were grateful for the excellent services Derek provided. We would 100% recommend Accountable Roofing to anyone who needs roofing services.

Last Saturday morning during our rain storm our roof over our garage sprung a waterfall. Within one hour of my phone call to Derek, owner of Accountable, he was at my home and on the roof. He figured out the problem dealt with my new eavestroughs. He modified them and the waterfall stopped. Thank you Derek for saving us from a flood in our home.

I had received quotes from a few roofing companies, but Derek at Accountable was the only one who came out within a day or two to inspect, assess the job, and provide a firm detailed quote.

His team completed the work in less than ideal conditions (rain!) and kept everything safe and dry. Derek came by after his team had completed the roof work, and spent the afternoon touching up a few details and ensuring the final cleanup was thorough, and the new roof looks solid and fabulous... thanks Derek!

I was looking for a roofer to do repairs on my cement tile roof and Derek was the first one to contact me and offered an estimate.
he came twice to look at the job and we finally agreed on the work to be done.
He was great to deal with.
He did a fantastic job.
He went above and beyond and did more repair than anticipated.
While waiting for me to get home, he cleaned the moss of the roof with his leaf blower, then cleaned the neighbors yard to ensure that I keep them happy, cleaned my yard and even took the garden hose and cleaned up my patio.

He's super professional, fast and efficient and would definitely recommend using his service.

We very much appreciated your safety protocols that your workers practiced during the 4 days that they were here removing the old roof and installing the new one.

You were very professional, reliable, honest and went the extra mile to discuss any questions or additions that we requested during the construction process.

Di certainly appreciated the protection that was installed to protect all our landscaping that was located around the perimeter of our home. When the roof was completed everything looked just as it was before you arrived with nothing broken or damaged and you did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day. I appreciated that you made sure that our travel trailer was safely covered so that there was absolutely no damage to it during the construction process.

At the end of the job you personally did the final cleanup and made sure that we were happy with everything before you left. We thank you.

This the almost finished roofing replacement for this complex and it is all done quickly and professionally and with the least discomfort for the owners. This company is terrific.

Had some roof damage, Derek showed quickly and fixed it with great attention to detail.
Removed some shingles and checked the roof structure, replaced the parts that were broken, explained what he did in detail.
