Basement Renovation review in

Jeff came to the house originally to do some work. Everything wasnt completely ready to be taped but I asked him to finish what he could and made a deal for him to come back afterwards. After getting paid he was impossible to get a hold of and then never came back to the house to finish. Very Unprofessional!
