AR Tile and Marble

I recently had my basement renovated and hired Gaetano for the custom tile work, I was very specific about what I wanted and extremely happy with the installation. I had my upstairs done by another company and ABMJ exceeded all of my expectations. He was so considerate about how I wanted to it all to look and made sure to check in with me as the work went on.

Gaetano truly went above and beyond at every point of the job, and to my surprise completed it within a day or two of the expected finish date. He wanted me to be happy every step of the way and was sure to check in, his client service and work are both a 10 out of 10 and I have already recommended him to my girlfriend who will be gutting her basement in January.

I look forward to hiring ABMJ again in the future and can't thank Gaetano enough for his timely and professional service from start to finish!

We could tell from the moment Guytano started working on our home that he takes pride in his craft. His consultation with myself and my partner was very detail oriented and left no room for miscommunication or errors. The timelines quoted for completion were surprisingly accurate; it was a few extra days to complete but based on our experience with contractors in the past we knew this is always a possibility, it was certainly worth the wait for the level quality or work that was done.

In addition to all of the above Guy went beyond the norm again when had a separate cleaning crew detail the areas he worked on once the job had finished. Its little things like this that really tell me when someone cares, not just about how their work looks but also about their clients and how we feel.

Given the competitive quotes we received Guy was not the cheapest option but we also chose premium materials, he got the job done in time, he was easy to work with and good at keeping the communication open while guiding us through some tougher decisions.

I feel we received great value through ABJM Tile, I have already referred a family member and will continue to refer clients because I trust Guy and his team.

Overall happy with the work that Gaetano and his team completed for my entry way which had been damaged by a flood. They were able to do the work, on time, on budget and to a good standard.

I'm pretty handy and was trying to do my bathroom myself. That is until, my wife decided to buy 48" long plank tiles.
This made me nervous with both the long cut and precision levelness required. I decided to get a few quotes and ABJM Tile and Marble was prompt to reply with a competitive quote.

ABJM Tile and Marble was a lifesaver for me and my husband! Much to his dismay, my husband was forced to admit defeat when demolishing the tile and mortar in our kitchen. And at 8.5 months pregnant, we really needed to find someone to help so we could keep pushing forward quickly. ABJM Tile and Marble was able to come in on short notice and help. From the beginning, Gaetano was such a pleasure to work with; great personality, cares about his clients, highly responsive and kept in touch throughout the process. Rebecca was also amazing! We were very impressed by her speed in getting the job done and it was very comfortable having her in our home. She took great care of our belongings and limited the spread of dust. She was easy to chat with, provided some great solutions and advice for us on our reno project. Gaetano was so incredible to work with. His responsiveness and timeliness are unbeatable. I never had to worry whether I would connect with him and I was always confident that his trades would show up on time. He was on top of every little detail from start to finish and takes such pride in his company and in his work. After one full day of tiling, we ran into an issue where our powder room tiles were laid incorrectly. I immediately informed Gaetano and that same Saturday night (of a long weekend I may add!), Gaetano arranged to have the tiles removed and re-laid correctly. And when he came to inspect and didn't like how one of the tiles came out, he went and replaced the tile so it would be perfect! I've never had such incredible service. We are so pleased with how the project turned out and I would recommend ABJM tiles 100% to anyone!

I had some really great ceramic hexagon tiles handmade for my kitchen back splash, and I hired ABJM to install them in the pattern I had in mind. I'm very pleased with the workmanship -- clearly Peter is a tiling professional with years of experience, because these tiles are spaced very well in a fairly intricate design, and perfectly flat (no easy feat with handmade tiles!) The grout recommendation was spot on, too.

The work was quick and efficient, and I'm so happy to have a beautiful back splash before the weekend is through. The company is great with communication, and even if there's a hiccup along the way, they're committed to keeping everything on track and up to their exacting standards. You can count on ABJM.

My wife and I just bought a new house and made a last minute decision to renovate before moving in. We had two weeks to change the first and second floor flooring and paint the entire house. Gaetano not only gave us a very competitive quote, but equally important, he delivered on all his commitments (including TIME!). His crew, from the demo team who protected all our walls and light fixtures during demo, to Marcel, Andrew and David who literally worked night and day, to paint the entire house, install laminate on the second floor and baseboards/qtr rounds throughout, and Peter who was on his hands and knees cutting and tiling our entire first floor with such care, treated my house as if it was their own. I even changed my mind about the flow of the laminates halfway through the job and with one text message, Gaetano had his crew rip it out and re-install without any question. He would give you the shirt of his back if you asked.
It was a pleasure working with Gaetano and his team and couldn’t be happier with the house.
