Gaetano was so incredible to work with. His responsiveness and timeliness are unbeatable. I never had to worry whether I would connect with him and I was always confident that his trades would show up on time. He was on top of every little detail from start to finish and takes such pride in his company and in his work. After one full day of tiling, we ran into an issue where our powder room tiles were laid incorrectly. I immediately informed Gaetano and that same Saturday night (of a long weekend I may add!), Gaetano arranged to have the tiles removed and re-laid correctly. And when he came to inspect and didn't like how one of the tiles came out, he went and replaced the tile so it would be perfect! I've never had such incredible service. We are so pleased with how the project turned out and I would recommend ABJM tiles 100% to anyone!

I appreciate the fact you see how hard I try... and to me it was no problem the send my tile guy back on a Saturday at 11 p.m. at night on a long weekend to make sure you were happy...
