Home Inspection Perfection

Gavin preformed my pre-purchase home inspection. During the thorough 2 hour inspection he identified many areas of major concern such as faulty electrical work, potential leaks, engineering/structural issues and also smaller issues that could become more serious if not addressed. In the end, we determined that this house would not meet our safety standards, and required far more work than I anticipated and would have cost me a significant amount to remedy. So, we walked away from our deal based on a very poor inspection grade. Gavin's analysis and feedback allowed me to identify this before it was too late.
