Gavin came recommended to us from a real estate agent friend of ours, and we couldn't be happier! He accommodated our schedule, spent time explaining all of his findings with us along the way and was very nice from our first phone conversation to the very last one! We were debating getting a home inspection done for our 1-year warranty (new build home), but we are extremely glad we did- the peace of mind Gavin gave us is priceless! We would definitely use him again if needed, and recommend him to anyone that asks.
