I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Mark. He has all the skills that you look for in an inspector- experience, professionalism, expertise, and candid feedback. But the most important thing was I immediately felt like I could trust him. His ability to provide realistic feedback on what needs complete overhaul vs. Small fixes, including rough estimates of timing and cost, was hugely helpful in us determining whether this was the house for us. He was patient with me, answering thoughtfully my million questions and I never felt rushed. If I could give him 6 stars, I would!

Mark at The Home Coach was professional and made us feel at home, pardon the pun! Not only was his review of our home detailed, the report was packed with info and images. During the inspection of the furnace, Mark discovered that the vent stack pipe was not firmly attached and was leaking deadly C02! Needless to say, Mark made it his priority to inform the Sellers of the danger this poses to their family; fortunately, they were able to arrange a call later that day to their HVAC provider to fix this important safety issue. This obviously reassured us that Mark was not only the right choice and committed to his Buyers, but the health and safety of BOTH families!

After we moved in a few months later, we couldn't remember how to fire up our gas fireplace, so we emailed Mark and he sent us a link on how to start the pilot light, and he followed up with a call to make sure we got it!
