I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Mark. He has all the skills that you look for in an inspector- experience, professionalism, expertise, and candid feedback. But the most important thing was I immediately felt like I could trust him. His ability to provide realistic feedback on what needs complete overhaul vs. Small fixes, including rough estimates of timing and cost, was hugely helpful in us determining whether this was the house for us. He was patient with me, answering thoughtfully my million questions and I never felt rushed. If I could give him 6 stars, I would!

While renovating my home, I worked with various tradesmen who often overpromised and undelivered. Sergio from Neto Ceramics was NOT one of them. He was very professional, worked around my timelines and completed the job quickly but beautifully. He helped me from start (tile/grout selection) to finish (tips on maintenance) and his prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend him for any tile job in the house.
