We have a firsthand experience with this company just recently. The technicians were responsive and polite though they misdiagnosed the problem and charged us for a service that did not work. When I called the manager and asked for a refund he refused and ignored.
We do not recommend them. There are tons of other repair companies that will do much better than them.
