We had a small basement converting a bedroom into an open area for my teenage kids. Mike and his dad did an incredible efficient, quality job. They did what what they said they were going to do, on time, on budget and always left the work site tidy and clean. I plan on having them back in spring for some additional projects.

I had complete trust in the general contractor and his team. The trades utilized provided exceptional high quality workmanship. The project was well coordinated. A change was made to the original staircase plan and the general contractor and his team came up with a solution that we both could accept. My family and I were thoroughly pleased with the end result. My friends were amazed with the transformation. I have retained Brilliant Contracting to do my basement renovation.

This was a fairly complicated addition with structural issues. Contractor was unbelievable. They were extremely diligent, had very qualified trades, was entirely supportive through the whole process and am delighted with the work that they performed. Would recommend their services 100 % and cannot express enough how happy we are with the final result.
