Not so dependable...

Roofing review in Toronto

This company did our flat roof on townhouse 13 years ago. Leakage problems off and on since Now redone and find
They missed a layer leaving only smooth rubber coat on top
They torched sheets directly to installation board which could cause fire at time of installation
Did not put cones around vents
In summary not to code what they did! Now fixed by a proper roofer.
