Order placed june 28, still waiting. July 17 seller said I should expect at least 2 or 3 weeks more for shipping.
Reason: problems with suppliers !
My order was for a Lennox furnace filter and a Hayward pool filter.
I guess 2 different suppliers, both with problems ??
When I placed my order there was a sale with 15 % off on both items with a real good price. Maybe seller is not so interested to sell at that price and he hope that I will cancel my order ??
Very frustrating experience !

Update July 25th
Yesterday, that is 26 days after placing my order, I received one item, a Lennox furnace filter. Nothing special with that filter, standard size and I dont live in a remote area. Why such a delay ???

I'm still waiting for the other item of my order that is a Hayward pool sand filter. Not yet shipped.
If you look on the website, they still advertise the same filter without any notice such as ''backorder'' or ''out of stock'' or ''shipping delay'' or '' will ship in X weeks''. Nothing !
Will I get it before the end of the summer ???

Ordered an annual maintenance kit for our Lennox

"PureAir" system. The cost was substantially lower than any we were quoted from within the Vancouver Lower Mainland & Fraser Valley of BC.

We received the kit in a very timely manner and do not hesitate in recommending them. The only reason for rating four and not five stars was that we were told that a shipping tracking number would be forthcoming and after not receiving one and contacting PureFilters did finally receive one but not until the day it was already "out for delivery

Ordered water filters may 6. Received the wrong filters. Let them know and they sent a return slip. I would expect them to send the correct ones at the same time, but it seems they do not trust their customers. Anyhow, now July 9 - returned them weeks ago and no word from company still. Still out money and no filters and no communication. Worst customer service I have ever had. Even though its a small amount, I am considering filing a claim just to make the point. Seems this is a pattern of either incompetence or they truly do not care about their customers at all. Will never use again and will make sure to tell as many people as possible to NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Poor service
Placed and order on May 12. Paid in good faith, no updates on anything. When I finally got through they wouldn’t even tell me if the order had been processed. They blamed it on Fedex schedule due to COVID. I’m in business and have only had exceptional service from Fedex. Very poor response to throw the courier under the bus! When I asked for an update the response was ‘I will cancel your order’. Professional website, amateur service
