Pure Filters

Company is happy to take your money and make you wait for filters. Order 3 months ago and still waiting. Their service reps have no idea when things are going to ship. Save yourself the frustration and go buy somewhere else. In this day and age to not have any information is criminal and a reason to never use them again.

The filters arrived quickly and were great. One item however was missing. Despite initial response from them, It has been impossible to work with "Ron" to obtain it. I have been totally ignored by him after some initial emails. Phone number is not answered.

This company offered a disinfectant and due to a delivery delay offered to substitute it. However the product they sent was hazardous, especially for children and I asked to send it back. After long delay, they sent me a return label and I returned it. Not only did I NEVER receive my refund, they even had the return label shipper charge me. After several emails, still no refund, no communication. Terrible company to deal with.

I happen to have the need to order Air Filters that are not readily available in big box stores. Thankfully I was able to source them from Pure Filters and they arrived within days. The whole purchasing process was easy through Pure Filters.

The website helped with deciding which filter I needed, it was easy to place my order, the filters arrived promptly, and they work in my appliance. All as it should be, but of course that's not always the case.

PureFilters advertises that "you can expect your order to be at your doorstep within 3-5 business days." I placed an order for an air filter and paid via PayPal. After six weeks I have not received the item. I have been in contact with someone named "Ron" about my order and it has been all excuses and calls for patience. I have asked twice for a refund to no avail.

I have been buying my filters for my Lennox furnace from PureFilters for four years. The filters always arrive promptly and their pricing is better than I can get from the service company I recommend them
