Absolute disaster. Ordered Furnace Filters on March 25 and still waiting over 6 weeks later. Asked for a refund because I didn't want to wait for backorders and was told that I wasn't eligible because the product had shipped. Not true. The order still says "unfulfilled" on their website. I have had to go through my credit card company to get my money back. Don't use this company ever.
