Do NOT hire this company. The owner was very pleasant but after he took a tree down, he left the sliced trunk on the lawn. He said he was coming back the next morning to finish it so we paid him - much to our embarrassment. He kept promising to come back but call after call was deflected and eventually his receptionist told us they were closed for the season - in September! We called the Better Business Bureau to no avail. Had to pay another company to come in and finish.

These guys were so efficient and everything was so on point. It was very cool to watch right to the end. My yard was left cleaner than before they got there.

Used this company early this spring for tree removal.

Price was fair. No complaints there.
Had to call/email several times to get business from them.
Showed up about an hour late to start.
Cleanup wasn't good at all. Sawdust everywhere. Doesn't they have a shopvac? Is cleanup an extra cost?
There's still a large chunk of the tree in my backyard.

If I had to use them again, I'm not sure I would.

I called Ridgeway tree service Monday morning the king 4 o'clock in the afternoon on the same day gave me a quote that was very reasonable told me the day that they were going to come and do the job and they showed up on that day they came in took over my yard after that it was like poetry in motion four hours later the job was done the yard was cleaner than it was when they got there and they were gone now that service good job John
